Description:
I have no idea what this is. Looks like an invented 'German WWII vehicle' built on a VW chassis.

#1, What made me question it was the amount of plywood used to create the storage boxes on the left side, and the beveled 'armor' pieces on the viewport shutters are also made of wood. Certain details and proportions are a little off for an SdKfz 222. Good to know what they were going for, though.

At this point, just about anything "German" looking outside a museum is a reproduction of varying degrees of success, especially any kind of AFV, as very few of them were

A. Built ( ~500 Tiger Tanks were built, as opposed to ~ 47,000 Shermans)

B. Survived, they LOST after all.

Though you gotta admit it's pretty cool looking.....

#3, Not all, in three days I'll see a display of a fully operational StuGIV assault gun and a Sd.Kfz 6 halftrack, both of which were resurrected from the dead, still run original engines, transmissions, etc.
Links to the reconstruction efforts (in Polish but you can still see the pictures and videos):

They have a few more armored vehicles that just need to be loaded with ammo and are good to go.

The StuG sadly was displayed only in front of the garage, but everything else ran!

There are still a few other vehicles in the garage which are basically in a cocooned state and can be made operational if money allows.
