The tow in actually improved the camber of that left front wheel. At the scene of the crash, it was lying almost flat. The only thing still holding on is the upper ball joint, the CV/axle/lower ball joint/steering knuckle are all snapped off.

#2, Disagreement over who had right of way at an intersection. Pointless one too, as one side had stop signs and the other didn't, but some people will argue anything.
