#2, My local fairgrounds have had a model railroad exhibit for almost 20 years, HO scale on the left side of the building and O scale on the right side. It's huge and I regret that I don't have good pictures to share. Each side has its own whimsical decorative touches like a drive-in movie on the HO side with a small LCD TV in the screen, usually playing American Graffiti.
