Yeah, been seeing a few Taurus Interceptors at work... mainly the Sheriff's Office and Cocoa PD... still doesn't get me quite as excited as when I see a Caprice pull in... only three agencies have those, Titusville, Port Canaveral, and Indialantic.

Meridian Police Department still mainly has old Crown Victorias, but all their newest units are Caprices. Except for the Chief, oddly enough, who drives a fully marked Taurus, much like this one.

All the county police departments around here, it seems, have been replacing Crown Vics with Chargers.

#3, Cocoa Beach seems stuck on using Crown Victories for as long as possible... Satellite Beach has pretty much gone full-Chargers... Melbourne is completely Impalas, as are Rockledge and Palm Bay, as well. Haven't seen many West Melbourne cars, but their Chargers look downright evil. FHP seems to be replacing their Crown Vics strictly with Chargers.

...and the Sheriff's Office pretty much runs anything, except for Caprices. (I think they have bylaws against vehicles built outside North America) ...and I mean anything. I've seen Crown Vics, Impalas, Taurii, Chargers, Tahoes, Explorers, Econolines, F-Series, Silverados, Fusions (though, only unmarked for the Fusion), HHRs... an M35A2...

There's a Caprice or two in Danville where I work most of the time, the same cop sits in the car wash in his Caprice and stops people all day long. Spooked me a little last week when he lit up the car directly behind me as I was returning my work van to the store.

#5, Ok, so it's for the Search and Rescue team, but still, it's all liveried up in standard Sheriff's Office decals... :P

Welp, in regards to #1, Melbourne Beach also uses Caprices, apparently...

...and in regards to #4, Cocoa Beach has an all new paint scheme for their cars (their old one had been in use ever since I could remember)... and their new cars are... Chargers.
Satellite Beach looks to be moving away from the Chargers into Interceptors.

I do know, the Lieutenant that used to be on my shift (she recently got moved up to an Admin position), her husband is a Sergeant on the road... with that rank comes choice of what you want to drive. He was thinking Charger, simply because, dammit, it's a Charger, but the fleet maintenance guy tried convincing him to get an Interceptor, as it'd be more reliable and comfortable.. at least, according to the maintenance guy. Her husband still went with the Charger.

Oh... and her husband has appeared on Cops twice... once with a guy hiding crack in his mouth, another with a guy hiding weed up his butt. She's quite proud of his appearances :P

we have Interceptor Utilities (Explorers) here, and some Tahoes as well. I still see Crown Vics in service, and the heads of precincts drive Caprices. One guy drive a G8 GXP that's got lights in the rear window and in the front valance. Looks awesome as fuck when lit up.

#9, You'd think a crook would hide the crack in his butt. Everyone else does.
