#3, Research finds this is Jamaica Plain, Boston in 1973. Looks like the old Forest Hills MBTA station in the background left (long gone now, torn down in 1987). Looking at Google Maps, the tall building is William Hinton State Laboratory Institute on the UMass Medical School Campus and those barn-shaped houses are still there on Asticou Rd. So this is likely either Washington Street or Hyde Park Ave.
