No way that passes emissions checks.......... but, there's also no way you can force him to submit to an emission check, is there?

#1, could still fake the o2 readings if its obd2, but somehow i doubt anyone would convert a tank to obd2.

Here's the OBD, ask the driver if it works, if it does, it's good, if not, it needs fixed.
