It would look better with the wide stripe over the top, IMO. Otherwise, it's pretty much perfect.

#7, the redeveloper was a fraud. they also ruined two historic buildings downtown too and have ruined our theater as well. Aveda is gone as is the Korean BBQ place. That whole row is homeless crack addict heaven.
