I almost never see pre-'92 Econolines, for some reason. Plenty of older Dodge and GM vans, but seldom the Fords. |

#3, I hardly see anything older than 1990s.. These generation Fords are still around.. The Vanduras and G-20s are still around too, but fairly sparse. |

I really get the impression that, when the 1992 Econoline came out, that was it. Ford had the absolute leadership in the market... before then, it seemed pretty evenly split between the big three... even the Express/Savana that came later, much more heavily updated, much more modern, couldn't hold a candle to the juggernaut that is/was the '92-'14 Econoline...
Though, now that I see that most Express/Savanas are showing FAR more rust and wear than equivalent age Econolines, that probably answers it.
I mean, seriously, EVERY Express/Savana I see has half the paint gone from the leading edge of the hood, along with rampant rust EVERYWHERE... |

#6, Yep. As far as I can tell, even the Fords don't have nearly the rust issues that plagued the GM and Dodge vans. Hell, I don't see many rusty 1975?-1991 vans. On the contrary, though, it seems the 1992-2003 F-150s have most of the bed gone and most of the rockers gone at this point. |
