Those slotted mags are tits on this car. The front ones need polished hubs, though.

#2, A Smart is 106 inches long. A 1966 Chevrolet full-size two door is 213 inches long, 119 inches of which is the wheelbase...meaning the Smart could easily fit between the wheels of the Impala, though granted that's not what you asked.
However, it looks to me like the entire area you specify would fit almost perfectly within the Impala's wheelbase. I do believe it's more than 106 inches, based on visual approximation.

#5, It's now on 28" Asantis, and has been sitting in impound with the windows down for about a year.
