Description:
kstagger's return made me start thinking nostalgically... it's been a dozen or so years since I first joined Rice or Not, and I've been through a number of life changes, as well as a few cars... (and bikes)...

You know you miss that purple Cavalier wagon sometimes. Admit it.

You know you all miss your old cars sometimes, no matter how crappy they were.

#1, Narrow (for tight college parking lots), frugal on gas, reasonably comfortable, roomy, and well laid-out interior... steering wheel and other switchgear from the Camaro, so it felt a little sporty (I know they came from a Camaro, because I rode in a friend's '91 Camaro once, and so many things were identical)... there was nothing actually "bad" about the purple Cavalier wagon of doom. It was a very adequate car.

It wasn't a bad looking little wagon, either... I even liked the purple color... made it stand out a bit, without being obnoxious.

Cars that I've had that I actually disliked? The Crapi and the Sentra. The Crapi, because, well, it was crap... (I liked the styling and handling, though)... and the Sentra because it was an ugly, sad little car. Didn't help that so many little things on it started going wrong...
