Raw probabilities say it's a 63'.

62' had square parking lights and 64' was the year the factory closed after producing a limited number.

It is still an interesting case where they decorated it with "borrowed" styling from other, more modern cars to keep the old design fresh... sorta... Mercedes grille, Lincoln C-pillar and rear-end styling...

#3, The Pontiac G8 and Solstice would like to disagree... albeit, the Pontiac G3 was a big enough wet fart to cover everything else.

Oldsmobile showed promise in the late '90s... but, yeah, their final lineup had lost all of that optimistic futurism, and just clung onto the existing designs.

#2, Studebaker was the US distributor for Mercedes at the time so they could kind of get away with making their cars look similar.
