Chevy K10 Shortbed, looked mostly original too.

Personally, I'd never be able to drive it without looking over my shoulder every 10 seconds to make sure I wasn't being followed by the CHP, Rogue Soviet Agents or an unstoppable killer cyborg on a motorbike.

Such is how that decade of TV/Film played out for me as a kid....

1980. This and 1979 are actually the only years of 1973-1987 C/K that I can pin the year down on exactly...most of the rest I can narrow to no less than a two year window.

#1, I should have known, my HS buddy had a 80' C-series, same color, except fullsize bed, smaller tires, and the white rims w/ the bowtie pie plate-shaped caps.
