#4, It'd have to be, Enola is essentially Harrisburg, about 1 hour south of me.

#9, They did wane massively in popularity when I was a kid in the 80's, but they kinda made a comeback as "retro" in the mid 90's, and by the 2000's it was fairly common to see "motif" if not "huge food" delivery vehicles, usually VW Beetles or Minis or Scions....
