#1, Agreed there. :D I love both fronts, but I like this one a lot more. And as the owner of cars on this platform, I am a strong supporter of this car in general :) Built well, drives nice, great gas mileage, and best of all, distinctive without being ugly.

And now, they're killing it, but giving us a lifted shitwagon we never asked for. Jim Hackett is a moron, and I'm questioning where former Focus owners who don't want an SUV/Crossover are going to go now. Granted, I looked at an Ecosport, but still.

If I were shopping in this category, the Hyundai Elantra would pretty much be a slam dunk for me, or Veloster if I wanted a hatchback. Not only have I enjoyed my Hyundai so far, but it seems like the Koreans are almost the only ones building real cars with actual options at the moment.

Gonna agree with all of this. I *almost* ditched my C-Max for a Sonata earlier this year, but decided I liked the hatchback practicality. I wish the Niro were a bit cheaper, honestly, because that seems to be the only real competitor left. I love those things, and I'm not afraid to admit it.
