Need for Ring Ford SportKa 'ST120'.
The cheapest car you can rent at the Nordschleife at this point. It's stripped, has racing seats, sport harnesses, half cage, shot final drive, KW suspension, brake cooling vents. It looks dumb, it drifts, it's loud, it backfires - fun on wheels! |

The car that got me through the RCN GLP regularity race this March, a race that seemed to try to give me the full display of why Green Hell is called Green Hell. 3 degrees Celsius, wet and apparently driving INSIDE of a cloud: I've never seen fog that consisted of water droplets HANGING in the air... it had to be a cloud, right?
The 'ST120' name comes from the fact that according to the owner the 8v 1.6l engine has been tuned to 120hp. That's possible, this thing easts Suzuki Swift Sports from other rental companies for breakfast, especially in the twisties (so 90% of the track).
