#2, Y'see, if you're gonna do a regional squad in that area, you need a hook/"killer app" equivalent... like the Great Lakes Avengers had with Squirrel Girl, the most overpowered being in the Marvel Universe.

#3, C'mon, Lake Effect was a great superhero. His name didn't have quite the same cachet as, oh, "Frozone", but Disney owns both properties so why not? Mild mannered Somali refugee cab driver by day, snow-wielding superhero by night or whenever the Twin Cities need him. In the last movie he made a great team with Pittsburgh's furry superhero, Frigid Bitch.

#5, I think what really ruined her was they gave the job of drawing her first solo book to Rob Liefeld. Hey Rob, pianos have 88 keys, human mouths have 32 teeth, you seem to get those two backwards, A LOT.
