I'm guessing this is actually quite an old one, but with updated bodywork pieces swapped onto it?

Was the Cabrio ever officially sold in America? If not, I'm guessing this is a pre-1991 one, so it falls under the 25 years exemption?

If it's pre-1990, the "G500" badge is a fake.

#3, That's what I was getting at with the first part of my post...

I mean, how many times has Wheeler Dealers done that? Taken an older car and updated it with a refreshed model's body pieces?

...and, to be honest, many times, I think it's a good decision... many model refreshes are usually for the better.
