Grandma's other car that she's "donating" to the family because she no longer drives, Dad's getting it, going to pick it up this Monday if all things work well.

Does your grandma realize how much money she could make by *selling* these cars?!

#2, Oh yes, this is already a class-winning car, in the late 90's she had it at several car shows when she was still an active driver. People wanted to buy it back then, and it's only gotten WORSE since. But she's never wavered in her adamant desire to see it stay in the family.

Despite the endless drivetrain options, supposedly the most common powertrain in Galaxies at this time was the 352 FE V8 and Cruisomatic transmission. Is this one so optioned?

Well, Dad brought this one home tonight, says it needs new shocks, BADLY, as he was fighting it over every bump, pothole, and bridge joint for over 150 miles..... and maybe new tires/realignment, because it wobbles bad at 50 mph, probably been like that for a long time, but just went unnoticed since it only drove to the store/garage a few times a year. Anyway, he came up the drive, parked it, and went straight to bed, cussing.

#6, I can only imagine the stress those 150 miles caused him. Having to maintain peak concentration to keep the thing on the straight and narrow for that long... yikes.
