The dual fuel tanks, amber parking lights, and positively DECADENT aluminum trim didn't appear until at least then. 66's - 67's were so threadbare, the tach was an option and the wipers were vacuum operated. |

Side marker lights were also new for 1968, but '68-'69 models had them mounted at the bottom of the fenders. The high-mounted markers, seen here, were introduced for 1970. This one could be anywhere from a 1970 to a 1975. The exposed gas cap rules out a 1976-1977, as the final years used a conventional "flap" in the same location. |
