I'm getting a vibe of this thing parked on a dusty rural dirt lane, two guys inside soaking through their sport jackets, and fanning themselves uselessly against the repressive summer humidity. One puts down a pair of binoculars and tries to find more slack in his necktie, which isn't there before declaring..
"Ya know, maybe Hoover was right? Maybe their ain't no mafia in this country?"
"There is a Dixie Mafia, otherwise why would he have us keeping tabs on this redneck loser?"
"So how long's he been in there anyway?"
