#1, Amber parking lights were introduced for 1969. This one is a 1970 or later, due to the high-mounted side marker lights (1968-1969 markers were low on the fenders, and 1966-1967s didn't have them).
I'm not sure what the upper year range is here, since I'm not sure offhand how to tell 1970 to 1976 models apart. I do know final-year 1977s had a gas flap instead of a body-mounted cap, so this clearly isn't a '77.
