What gets me is that car doesnt look abused or neglected by its previous owner... either it had a catastrophic failure or flooded

#7, No, its Public Before Wholesale, meaning they got too many of these at once to sell as used cars, or it was a branded title. Or, it simply sat on the lot for 21 days without being sold.

Public before wholesale cars generally have something wrong with them, though. They're basically vehicles that dealers don't want on their used lots are are willing to let go for absurdly cheap, usually due to mechanical or cosmetic defects or damage, or just very high mileage.
