#1, I don't detest the H1 as much as the H2... personally I'd reserve that wonderfully creative term for the H2s.

#3, Point taken... pretty much the reason I used to detest many Hondas, BMWs, and Audis. All fine cars, but at various points in the past couple of decades, they've been driven by masses of utter clods.
