Description:
Foreground: "Yoshida Specials 930" Porsche, rumored to have had over $2million invested in it, in 1980s money, and capable of maintaining a steady 217+mph.
Background: "Air Breathing Research (ABR) Hosoki" Nissan S130 Z-Car, which challenged the 930 on a regular basis in the Mid Night Club.

These cars were the inspiration for the Blackbird and Devil Z in the manga/videogame series/anime "Wangan Midnight".

To this day, the identity of the vehicles' owners is still unknown. One of the tenets of the Mid Night Club was total secrecy/privacy of members. Only a few have ever revealed their identity or have had their identities revealed.

It is rumored that the founders/heads of many of the current, well-known tuning shops in Japan are former Mid Night Club members.
