Work-in-progress 1969 Dodge Charger.

I heard the owner talking about his plans: "I don't want to change too much. I've got a new dash pad I'm dying the correct green, and I'm going to repaint it the factory F3 green. Mechanically, it's pretty much there."

I've always thought the fuel caps on these were the coolest. Also, is this an R/T or SE or?

#2, Base Charger. According to the fender tag, it's an original 383 2 barrel/automatic with power steering, air conditioning, fender-mounted turn signals, and not much else, option-wise.

I saw this car again this evening at a gas station. It's still in grey primer, though now it's on Torque Thrusts with a slightly raked stance.
