That thing was never produced.. It was recently built by a Moscow based tuning company, called AUTOLAK.
The car's appearance is based on Volga GAZ-21 from the 60's.

| Lets just say this person wanted to feel like he was flying an aircraft instead of driving a car. I would not be surprised if the car was equipped with wings and maybe even a jet engine... |
