Yup, that's Sam Posey's 1970 Callenger trans am car. #9, it's actually a 303 (destroked 340) with a four barrel carb. There was a 305 CID limit on engines run in the trans am series.

That is one of my favorite 1969 Camaro's. The only one's I like more are Yenko's. I'd leave it just like that, keep the strips, and the side pipes. That car rocks! The side pipes on the B/M Chevelle look awesome too.

Actually, 1970 Chevelles had rectangular tail lights and the round ones showed up for 1971 and 1972. Here is a pic of the back end of a 1970 Chevelle:

The one pictured about is indeed a 1969 Chevelle. Hope this helps clear up some of the confussion.
