Why put in such a low torque engine when you need that power to turn those massive wheels to even get it moving?
Seems plain dumb to me.

All the guys on e30tech.com are just as surprised. One of the Swedish guys mentioned that perhaps my dizzy is a bit retarded so that is saving my ass. I was talking to some guys at a AZBMW meet last night and they think I have some really hacked version of Jetronic. Becausing its Jetronic parts but using an 02 sensor for some reason which Jetronic usually doesnt.

I really have no idea what kind of power it is putting down. Guys with similar setups are running 250+ hp and equal or higher amounts of tourqe.
Plenty to put an m3 in its place is all i know.

Gotta be one of the better defenses against such a remark I have seen in some time.

I am still mad we did not get these in the states!
I wouldnt mind having one of these and dropping a turbo m30 in it!

Did some tests today just with the 8psi spring in the wastegate no boost controller.
At 40mph in 3rd gear when I gassed it I managed to lift the front of the car up so much that I nearly swerved accross a few lanes ;)
No dyno test planned but this is an idea of what I am dealing with if anyone is interested. I am in the process of getting a video of what its like to ride in.
