| na it is for gas it is for speed fill the gas tank is right next to the driver and yes i know it is stuped but i have seen this on 3 cars it is for the gas.. see the green rubber thing on the end it is to make the gas go in but not out my friend has done this to his car so he can have his brother drive up infront of him and fill his car on the move |
