I like the way they blended the Enzo-style tail into the F360 body. :)

edit: and JPEG compression made this one all nasty. Here's a (400KB) PNG: http://www.celshade.com/stuff/F430.png

Can't really tell from the first picture too well (because the compression made things blurrier) but this was actually a major change of technique--I didn't draw a lot of guidelines in-between the black lines you can see on the finished product; I basically drew gradients by hand.

Awesome work, Lemming. Truly awesome work. I love the new F430.

Hmmm...I guess my favorite Ferraris now...in order, are...

1. 288 GTO
2. 512TR/Testarossa
3. F355 Spyder
4. F40
... and now, this car is #5.

...and just to stir up shit, I'll list the Ferraris that I've always been "blah" about... they're still awesome, but just don't inspire any emotion in me like the 5 I listed...
-F50
-360 Modena
-575M (I like the 550 more though...just the minute styling difference to the 575 kinda ruins it)
-550 Barchetta (just BLECH. the Superamerica is a HUGE improvement, if only it had the 550 nose)
-612 Scaglietti
-346

I don't really pay attention to the Ferraris made before the '80s, so I wouldn't presume to classify them. Any I haven't listed I don't feel blah about.

The F40 remains my all-time favorite, although the 430 really is quite nice.
