Description:
Richard Petty's 1978 Dodge Magnum. The car that killed his consecutive years with at least one win streak.
He went winless, and if he hadn't switched to GM products towards the end of the season, he probably would have finished outside the top-10 in points.
1979 would be different, he would win the Daytona 500 in an Olds, and go on to win his 7th championship driving a variety of GM cars. |
