Thats quite a bit wider from the looks of it. The flares at the rear look easily double the size of normal, which would mean there is about 7 inches of added trac width on it. In addition to the wheels looking like they are sitting out farther they've probably swapped in some longer axels.
My first guess would be a Dana 60 for the rear and a matching reverse for the front.
