Oh Update: I've got a new engine but due to 16" of snow I'm stuck untill springtime. Damn not having a garage.

Well I have an engine sitting in it now. still needs to be bolted in place and wired in. also I need to up-size the carb (I'm to tired to spell the whole word tonight) from a 600(?) to somewhere around 850CFM as the old one doesn't even come close to fitting my "new" engine. Or I could just swap the intakes around.

And 2 years later, it runs again. Just need to put some mufflers on it, it's too damn loud to drive around here without getting a ticket.
