The chain of events leading up to this picture:

*I shot the driver of the gold Mercury Comet preceding JFK's motorcade. The car stopped.
*JFK's limo stopped right behind it. Obviously sensing an ambush, the secret service agent jumped from the sideboard of the black Cadillac and onto the truck of JFK's limo. The limo driver floored it, and the limo promptly rearended the Comet, stopping the limo in its tracks.
*The Secret Service agent in the black Cadillac floored it, running into the back of JFK's limo. Shoved both JFK's limo and the Comet out of the way, and rounded the corner, throwing all the agents off the sideboards and into the middle of the street. JFK's limo was pushed onto the grass (seen in background). A motorcycle cop who had abandoned his bike was promptly run down by the Cadillac (dead cop is in this pic, identifed by his white helmet).
*Every car in the motorcade blindly follows the Cadillac, running over and scattering cops, agents, and motorcycles.

For all its simplicity, I can easily lose an hour messing around with this thing. About the only thing I've never been able to do is duplicate the actual assassination.

#5, Duplicating the assassination. The gamemakers included a lot of freedom though.

One of the crowing moments of this thing for me was shooting the driver of another open-topped Lincoln in the motorcade. The driver slumped onto the accelerator and steering wheel, and started cutting wild donuts in the middle of the street. The car finally skidded passenger's side first into a concrete wall by the park, sending all the passengers flying out of the car and splattering against the wall. Then a bus full of photographers prompty drove onto the sidewalk, rolled right over the bodies and smashed into the Lincoln, sending it skidding back into the road only to be hit head-on by a fleeing Chevy Impala. It was great. :D

#6, Sounds like a laugh-factory. So you're a gunman in the suppository?

#7, Yeah, sure. The book suppository. :P

Seriously, one of the bummers is that you're stuck there and can only fire out one window, but the replays with free-roaming cameras (or camera presets and let you view it from the Zapruder location, among others) makes it all worthwhile.

#8, And you've never been able to hit Kennedy? I can't believe there wasn't more controversy over this game... seems really tasteless but I still wanna play it.

edit: Here we see the first ever application of automotive suspension hydraulics.

Do you have to pay for this game, or is there somewhere to download it? Is it "pick up and play", like you can just start up the game and just shoot?

#9, I can hit Kennedy. I've killed practially everybody at some paint. But the point is to fire the shots in the correct order with correct timing and hit the right things every time (1st shot misses, 2nd shot goes through Kennedy's chest and through the governor, fourth shot gets Kennedy in the brain). The game was plenty controversial, but since it was freeware not made by an actual game company, who could do anything about it?

#10, It's a free download. I think I got it from "Home of the Underdogs". Starting it up takes you to a Menu where you can adjust options, then you just hit "Start" to start it.

Ok, I might get addicted to this game... got the limo drive to die with his foot on the gas a couple of times, that always provides an interesting crash with bodies flying everywhere...

But my most recent rampage had two funny moments... "Shot knocked the First Lady's hat off" "Shot an officer in the crotch."

"Shot exited the First Ladies posterior" is always a funny one, too.

There are a lot of things your bullets can interact with: "Shoe hit the Governor's Stetson," "Shot an officer's .38 revolver," "Shot knocked off Agent's shades," etc.

FUCK! I got the limo driver on the gas pedal to where he RAMPED the embankment on the opposite side of the highway, with everyone falling out... was gonna call it "Just a good 'ole boy..." BUT MY COMPUTER CRASHED...

Anywho... another time, riddled the limo with 20 bullets, and that fucker in the passenger seat refused to even get HIT... http://photo.ricecop.com/pics/jfkr1.jpg
