It's a Challenger Rallye model, either a '73 or '74. If it's the former, it would have the 340 small block, but if it's the latter it would have the 360. Assuming it still had the factory engine, of course.

The quick-release gas cap (I know) and the Go Wing (I think) were both options limited to 1970-1971, but it's not too uncommon to see them on later cars.
