I've heard constrasting rumors as to what came first... the Yukon Denali or the Cadillac Escalade... it's obvious they used the exact same fascia sheetmetal... I've heard people say that the Denali came out, and Cadillac wanted an SUV too at the last minute... and some that the Escalade came out, and GMC wanted a "luxury" version of the Yukon at the last minute...

#1, IIRC the Denali was released first.
