Now that my uncle has restored his old Moto Guzzi, he posted this "teaser" pic of his next restoration project... yes, that plate has a "1980" registration sticker...

So, yes, that means I have two relatives (my father and uncle [mother's brother]) that have mid-'50s DeSotos... and they both acquired them before my parents met.

My father's DeSoto *used* to be baby blue... so imagine that and this cruising together in the Boston area in the late '70s...
