Add some metal spikes, or maybe a steampunk-esque locomotive cowcatcher on the front, and it could go right into a Carmageddon game.

#3, And, it would be one of those top-tier vehicles that would annoy the heck out of you until the final levels when you finally maxed-out your car and could take it on, or at least divert it away from you.
