Hope they don't deliver too far...

...actually, I wonder, how many miles does a pizza delivery person put on their car on an average night?

#1, Cousin used to drive for Flying Pie in Boise, and he ruined a brand new 2006 Civic sedan in 5 years. By ruined, I mean, 133,000 hard miles, and then it was totaled because he ran a light trying to get someone's late food to the address quickly.

He got another Civic, and the first year was all deliveries around the Boise/Nampa area. It currently has 120kish and is still Honda-squeak-free.

Still have yet to see one of these in person. There was one for sale online at a local dealer recently and I was thinking about stopping by just to look at it.

#5, The Leaf essentially rendered these things immediately obsolete. The Leaf also killed the Coda EV.

Love it or hate it, the Leaf demonstrated that EVs could be... practical... for the most part, for not an enormous cost outlay.

There's still one or two of these little eggs running around my area. First gen Leafs are being scrapped en masse here.

I do wonder... just how dissimilar is an iMIEV from its ICE counterpart? Could one swap in the regular gas drivetrain and keep the same VIN? Would be a way to get a more modern-ish kei car in America without having to wait 25 years...
