I still am enamored with rare badge-engineered vehicles across company lines...

Well, except for the upcoming Scion iA, that is.

#1, Dammit. You beat me to it.

Are there are badge-engineered vehicles you'd like to see on here in the future?

Isuzu Oasis/Rodeo are fairly common here, Amigo/Rodeosport less so, and Ascenders and Hombres are fairly thin. Suzuki products are fairly thin here, and Corollas outnumber Prism/Prizm about 5 to 1.

#2, Hombre is awesome simply because of its name.

#3, The i-Series, however, was completely pointless.

I haven't seen any Isuzu here that isn't a P'up (which is still oddly common) or a later (early '90s) pickup in as long as I can remember. No Hombres, no Oasises, no Amigos. Even the Rodeo, which they sold tons of here back in the day, basically all disappeared 10-15 years ago.

EDIT: There are a couple of Troopers still running around too. An earlier round-light in faded red, and a later square-light in black.

#5, I have the feeling that the earlier Troopers will "remain" running around. I'm actually rather happy to see older/vintage SUVs from the '70s/'80s/'90s now being preserved and cherished... yeah, the market for them is insanely priced now, though.

The only non-commercial truck Isuzus I see around these days are actually the i-Series, with a few still running around here and there. I hate how shallow of a rebadge they were. Almost a cynical rebadge on GM's part.
