Unfortunately, the update is that it will probably never happen. He's decided to retire and take up a life of permanent fishing/boating and I don't have the skill to do them by myself. I'll "gently" remind him that we have these half-finished projects, and it's always "next summer". I've given up. |

#3, Yeah, he still has the Boxster and his IROC. But they've been more or less locked up in the garage, he just drives a regular car now. We got into restoring that old Ford 8N tractor too, but, once we broke it all down, he lost interrest in that and now the parts are so scattered around, I doubt it could be put back together. |

He sold the bulldozer, deuce currently doesn't run, needs new batteries, he just plain gave up.
Has a 2011 Civic now.
I still have an old Firebird and another for parts, but, they've sat for so long, they're junk, for the same reason as above, we'll get to my stuff when his is done, and it never happened. |

#7, I'm in negotiation with a mechanic in the next town to tow them over to his shop where I've promised him the old engines/cores if he lets me store them there where I can get some work done. |

#9, put a working transmission back in it, which I have. But nowhere uncluttered and clear to work on it. |
