I'd comment on how stupid it is to have such expensive rims on a car rotting away... but I'm sure they'll be repossessed in a few weeks, anyway.

Well, we did repo that Chrysler 300 with the 30'' rims.... and broken windshield, and broken taillights, and fenders chewed up BY those 30'' rims....

#2, I mean, the rims, themselves, would be repossessed... the car was probably purchased for $500.

#7, it depends. Centurys and Regals are commonly stolen cars here, along with GMT800s, as well as the odd Ford Taurus or Mercury Sable.
