Description:
Mazda CX-30 Turbo.
Keeping my eye on prices; will probably go check one out in the near-future, just to make sure I'm not wasting my time thinking about a car that I actually won't like. No immediate plans to get one, but you never know. |

#21, What's up with the width? You sure you're not in the market for a Kei? |

Finally got around to checking one out at a dealership.
Yeah, that's gonna be a "no" from me, dog.
I hit my head getting into it. God DAMN the roof is low. Even when I got the seat all the way back, and was mindful of the low roof, it was still awkward climbing in and ducking my head.
Once inside, it felt claustrophobic. Also, for the price they're asking for these these days, the interior is not up to that level. It's nice, but not ~$36k-40k nice. Surprisingly, the Mazda3 is roomier and easier to get into, with more headroom, despite being a "lower" car. But still not what I want out of a car, in terms of room and comfort. |

#27, Yes, I would like to narrow it down to one car eventually, preferably a nice compromise between my current two... that means requirements are it has to be narrow (72" wide or less), fuel efficient, decently lively/engaging chassis/suspension, sunroof, nice interior, a good reliability reputation, and faster than the CX-3. If I could get something as fast, or even faster than the Bimmer, that'd be a bonus.
Wagon/hatch/crossover body style preferred, coupe or sedan only as a last choice.
If Toyota were to make a GR Prius Prime with a sunroof, I'd be all over that in a heartbeat. |
