Description:
One of Dale Earnhardt, Jr.'s earliest race cars.
A 1981 Chevy Malibu he and his half-brother Kerry fished out of a junkyard in 1992 and converted into a "Street Stock" for a local short track. The paintscheme was inspired by Dale Jr.'s favorite racecar driver, Jimmy Means. The "Hardee's" sponsorship on the hood was from Kerry's step-father, who was a general manager of Hardee's. |
