Jj: you asking about the Mustang i am assuming. i think the only differences were engine sizes. GTs came with dual exhaust standard, the regular fastback would only have a single. other than that i don't think there was much different.

Shelby GT350 was a small block 289, made from 1965 to 1970. The GT500 had a much more powerful big block 428, and was made from 1967 to 1970.
