It doesn't flash all the time, you can make it stay either way. :)

nice watch i got one that has this weird green spiral thing but you can't turn it off so it does it all the time

Just beware, my friend has one that does flames, and he dropped it once, and the glass inside the face broke, and now he has a gian blue butterfly shaped blob in the middle.
