#26, If the rust wasn't too bad that's what my friends were looking for. A 4 or 6 fox body. They the engine block. But that was 2+ years after you sold it and you live in Florida.

Well, also, there was a problem of, if I had been able to sell it online, getting it outta here. I live in a townhome community that would probably look none-too-kindly on having a dead car in front of our house whilst I wait for someone to come pick it up or arrange transportation... I needed the car GONE in a matter of a couple of days. ...and not only becuase of the townhome association, but because I needed the parking space for the Mirage.

Having a car die and then acquiring a new (used) one within 24 hours is such a strange experience... I guess I've never grown *too* attached to a car, as I mainly view them as disposable items. At least, the ones in *my* price-range.
