I have grown to like both of this generation. You can buy them dirt cheap now, too. I think its one of the better looking sub-$5000 cars too. |

#22, correct. You can pick these up for Avenger money. I know which one I'd rather have. I haven't driven one yet, but I have driven a few Avengers, and to be honest, they're not as bad as people make them out to be. They're definitely not for car people, but someone who doesn't like cars, they're not AWFUL. Provided you can find one without rust. |

#24, so is 90% of the ChryCo portfolio during that era. But that's not saying much. I've driven a Sebring, a Nitro, a Liberty, and an Aspen. All were garbage IMO but I'd take one of the smaller cars if it was given to me. The Nitro is one of the worst vehicles I've driven hands down. |

#26, Yup. Liberty was decent because it went offroad. But yeah. The backseat was cramped, and with 5 people in it, combined with luggage, the 3.7 never broke 16 MPG. The Nitro was a friend's R/T and it got about 18/19 on the highway at about 65. |

I thought the 2003 Liberty I drove once was pretty decent. It was a base model 4 cylinder with a 5 speed manual. Not exciting, but OK. |

First generations weren't terrible. AFAIK, they weren't designed at a price, like the second generation was. |
