That is damn nice looking for a bargain basement econobox... at first glance I noticed it almost looked like a baby Infiniti.

#2, not

i have both, a 99 sephia and a 01 accent, and they have been great, especially the accent, which, at 107k, drives and feels like a brand new car

this one reminds me of a corolla a little bit, just not as boring

#5, Starting to become crappy? Didn't that begin when the metal arrived at the Kia plant in the first place? :p

Looks pretty farking big for an Accent.

...and from a Google Image Search, it appears that the Kia Optima is actually what the previous gen Magentis was rebadged as for America. So this is probably the next gen Optima, or something else if they decide to change the name... I rather like the name "Magentis" :)

#16, so, it would have to be a new Optima? Now for the Optima to be fast, it's a trimline called "Yellowtop" which has to be black with a yellow roof.

It's confirmed, this will be the new Optima, starting in the middle of this year.

I sort of like this generation of Optima. Much better than the "facelifted" version of this IMO.

#19, I like both.

This was the turning point for Kia, IMO... where they started looking better than their Hyundai counterparts... it was before the Schreyer "tiger nose", but it showed that Kia was serious about handsome styling.

The facelifted version looked fantastic, with an adaptation of the tiger nose.
