Description:
Hero JR robot. My brother had one of these. It's still in the closet down here, but hasn't worked in about 15 years.

I remember R.O.B.B. the robot who came with the NES in 1987 if you got the deluxe package. The idea was for him to be a plug-in device, like the light gun, that would eventualy have his own series of games. To my knowledge, the only game he ever had was "gyrobot" that came with the NES himself. The premise was that you'd move your little character around the screen, and he'd encounter closed red and blue doors that would block his progress, to open them, you had to get ROBB the robot to push the A or B button on the 2p controler to open them by giving him a series of commands via your controler. ANd if that wasn't hard enough, he couldn't just press the buttons, no, he had to place spinning tops (the gyroscopes that put the "gyro" in "Gyrobot" on top of one of two pads that would then activate flippers that would push the A or B buttons on the 2p controller. Oh, and while he's doing all of this, your little man on screen is getting attacked by green birds. Yeah, he sucked

No doubt worth some scratch. You should put it up on ebay.

#7, Yeah I was thinking of doing something like that. The guy that owns the site I got this from buys these, whether they work or not. Also our church is having a yard sale and I'm sure this would get quite a bundle there :P
